One of the most prominent journalist in the country, Sulaiman Aledeh, appeared on Arise TV in London.


He only appeared as guest anchor on AriseTV London and had before his departure to the UK  announced his expected appearance on the channel. His post to that affect read thus, “I will be going on live as anchor on the 1600hrs news on Arise TV London which is 5.00PM Nigeria time. You can watch dstv 416 by 5.00PM.Watch online www.arise.tv”.

Recall that the 43-year-old Edo born Journalist, recently resigned at Channels TV after spending eight years with the Lagos-based TV as anchor and producer.
Before leaving Channels TV, Aledeh co-anchored the popular “Sunrise Daily” programme alongside ace broadcasters, Chamberlain Usoh, Maupe Ogun and Nneota Egbe.

Aledeh made his debut on AriseTV, owned by newspaper publisher, Nduka Obaigbena, on Saturday evening.

Sulai has been a broadcast journalist for over 15years and has presented programmes for Radio and Television like A.M Lagos the flagship breakfast show for Radio Nigeria – making him the station’s most prolific serving presenter.


Apart from his daily show Sunrise Daily, Sulaiman has been seen on Politics Today, State of the Nation and the Station’s flagship News at Ten.


He made big headlines with his colleagues covering two major national elections in Nigeria in 2011 and 2015. He was seen in the Special Election studios during the last US Presidential election as well.


Sulaiman is also a voice over professional who has done commercials for Multi-national corporations.
